Children's Privacy Notice

Himam Heros serves children with special needs through their parents/guardians. This notice reflects UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety.
Parents hold the account
Only an adult parent or guardian (18+) may create an account and a child profile. Children may not register themselves. We verify that the account holder confirms they are 18 or older.
Consent for child data
When you create a child profile you actively consent to processing that data solely to find matching support. You can withdraw consent and delete the child profile at any time, with immediate effect (Account → Privacy).
Private by default
Child profiles are private by default. Their details are not publicly visible and are revealed to a Learning Support Assistant only after a match is confirmed — never during browsing.
Parental controls & safety
Parents can see all interactions involving their child's profile and can delete the child's data anytime. A reporting button is available on every LSA profile and conversation. We never use children's data for advertising or profiling.
