Children's Privacy Notice
Himam Heros serves children with special needs through their parents/guardians. This notice reflects UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety.
Parents hold the account
Only an adult parent or guardian (18+) may create an account and a child profile. Children may not register themselves. We verify that the account holder confirms they are 18 or older.
Consent for child data
When you create a child profile you actively consent to processing that data solely to find matching support. You can withdraw consent and delete the child profile at any time, with immediate effect.
Private by default
Child profiles are private by default. Their details are not publicly visible and are revealed to a Learning Support Assistant only after a match is confirmed — never during browsing.
Parental controls & safety
Parents can see all interactions involving their child's profile and can delete the child's data anytime. A reporting button is available on every LSA profile and conversation. We never use children's data for advertising or profiling.
