Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings and subscriptions on Himam Heros.

Booking cancellations

Cancellation windows and any applicable charges are shown clearly at the time of booking. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via our licensed gateway.

Subscriptions

LSA and school subscriptions renew periodically and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Submit refund or cancellation requests through your account or our support contact. We respond within a reasonable period.
