Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings and subscriptions on Himam Heroes.
Booking cancellations
Cancellation windows and any applicable charges are shown clearly at the time of booking. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via our licensed gateway.
Subscriptions
School subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled before the next renewal. The family plan is a one-time fee (not a monthly subscription). Verified LSAs join free. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
How to request
Submit refund or cancellation requests through your account or our support contact. We respond within a reasonable period.
