Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Himam Heros platform, operated by Himam Heros FZ-LLC under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023.
A technology platform — not an employer
Himam Heros is a technology intermediary that connects families and schools with Learning Support Assistants. LSAs are independent contractors, not employees of Himam Heros. We do not set their hours, methods, visas or insurance, and we do not deliver the support service ourselves.
The “Himam Verified” badge
The Verified badge means we have reviewed certain documents (such as identity, residence and relevant certifications). Verification reduces but does not eliminate risk, and is not a guarantee of outcomes. Families remain responsible for their own due diligence.
Bookings & electronic contracts
Bookings made on the platform are legally binding electronic contracts. Digital acceptance of these terms is sufficient under UAE law. We keep records of accepted terms and confirmations.
Fees
Platform fees (a 10% commission on bookings, LSA premium listing, school subscription, and a one-time verification fee) are shown transparently and are subject to 5% VAT where applicable.
Disputes & governing law
Complaints are handled through our support channel. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
