How UAE Schools Vet Learning Support Assistants

A practical check for inclusion leads and SENCOs before an LSA starts in class.

Inclusion governors, SENCOs, and principals are asked to place learning support assistants quickly and still know who is in the classroom. A CV is not enough. The useful check is identity, a current good-conduct certificate, the right to work, safeguarding awareness, and experience that matches the student's plan.

Himam Heros does that document review before a specialist is marked Himam Verified. Schools can post roles, see matches, and keep introductions on the platform instead of collecting passport copies over email. Schools get three months free, then AED 149 per month. LSAs get three months free, then pay AED 15 once. Families get three months free, then AED 19 once (not monthly).

The inclusion map is a reading aid based on published KHDA report samples for Dubai. It is not a live feed from the regulator and it is not an award. Use it to compare public inclusion ratings, then confirm the current report on KHDA's own site.

If you lead inclusion at a private school in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah, register the school, name the contact person, and post the role you actually need filled.
